A new online marketplace created exclusively for the UK's leading organic and sustainable living product and service businesses, selling the very best sustainably produced health and wellness lifestyle products and services.
How does it work?
When shopping on Planet Organic Living – you’re viewing products from an exclusive group of approved vendors who meet our strict standards on both ethics and quality.
When you place an order, this is sold and dispatched directly from one (or more) of these vendors – meaning you get your items as quickly as possible!
You can order from as many Vendors as you like and pay just once through our straight forward checkout process. This means that delivery costs are calculated automatically for you and grouped together depending on how many vendors you’re purchasing from.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery Times will vary per seller and depend on the specific item ordered, and any personalisation required. All items will be dispatched within 2 working days unless specifically stated otherwise on the product listing.
You’ll get an email as soon as your order is on it’s way, with any relevant tracking information where applicable. Please note that items from the same order may arrive in separate packages if these are coming from multiple suppliers.
How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item, this can be done by contacting us on email@example.com to begin a returns request. Eligible items can be sent back to the seller (at your expense) for 14 days if unused and in their original packaging for a full refund. This excludes personalised or perishable products.
This doesn’t impact on your statutory rights.

You can contact a seller directly via email by contacting the details confirmed on your order email.
If you do have any queries or issues that you’re unable to resolve directly with a seller, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Is your site secure?
At Planet Organic Living, we ensure that we offer all our customers the highest level of security possible on all orders. All Payment details are handled by industry leading providers SagePay or Paypal, who have the the highest level of protection for customers. No payment details are stored directly on Planet Organic Living to ensure your details are safe and secure. We also provide up to £500 worth of cover as a guarantee on every order through Planet Organic Living, to cover you for faulty items or undelivered orders.
